OUR VISION
People are amazing. We love what people can create and what they bring to each other and the world. This does not come easy, but when we zoom out, it is unimaginable what humanity has achieved and built in just a few millennia. In this time, we have constantly expanded our understanding and can now live with more and more people. The goal is to increase awareness - both in terms of scale and depth. How else can we discover the meaning of life?
Scale means for us the number of people with whom we can live. Depth is for us the scope of this awareness.
We strive for this by working on the following technological revolutions. From free energy, to free food to eternal life - if we achieve these types of moonshots, we can improve the lives of everyone and the environment of everyone. And the only way to effectively strive for this is if we work together as humans.

OUR MISSION
Our expertise is the collaboration of people. We want companies to function optimally by ensuring that everyone is fully involved and on board. In English, it is called Engagement. Only when someone is engaged will they put their heart and soul into a mission.
To achieve this, all links must be in place.
A clear vision that everyone can see combined with an important mission that matters to a group. If you know why, you will find out together what needs to be done - and how! To go as fast as possible, you want lessons to be adopted in emergency mode so that your development speed is as high as possible.
From the big picture to the tactical lessons, you want the organization to feed itself. The faster everyone is on the same line and learns from each other - the faster you accelerate. That's what we do - distill your vision or lessons down to the essence. And then hook up the organization and build the solutions together. How do we do this? Through a strategic mix of media, interactions, events & gamification.
OUR STORY
The initiative born in the living room and the product developed with potential customers - a start out of the book. Tijs & Sasker's jobs were not yet resigned or COVID broke out. Everything went up in smoke. At least, that's how it felt. But that was secretly the starting shot.
How can we now be useful for organizations? With that question, everything started. And immediately our preference for people's engagement came to the fore.
In the early days, we discovered how to engage people - of course remotely. In an emergency, we learned how to use communication innovations. How do you do this effectively & efficiently? How do you make things flexible, scalable and at the same time keep production costs as low as possible, without losing effect. In the meantime, we have a beautiful team that works from all over the world - from Croatia, Mexico, Colombia, Kenya or Portugal. We bring the influences and lessons from these places to our customers.
Inmiddels zijn we met een prachtig team dat werkt van over de hele wereld – van Kroatië, Mexico, Colombia, Kenia of Portugal. De invloeden en lessen uit deze plekken brengen we mee naar onze klanten.
