The Skill-Up Week is inspired by the famous and notorious Hell Week from the Navy Seals – a high pressure training and selection programme. In a Skill-Up Week you throw your regular week in a pressure cooker. By putting the pressure on, you find out what holds you back the most.

The process? First you reflect & refine a personal vision and set your goals. Then it’s time for execution: 7-days of massive action. Tackle your hardest challenges, no procrastination & reflect daily to truly learn from your experience.

Unlike traditional leadership -, or personal development courses this is done 90% on the job or regular life. By taking that massive action you have an enormously productive week - just by going all out. But, we add some strong strategies and tactics in the mix. TIME MANAGEMENT TIME: The most valuable resource in the world. Where do you put it? We find out. Then we refine how you use your time. We learn about Parkinson’s law & how finance connects to time. If time = money, then money = time.


ROLES IN DAILY-LIFE In het dagelijks leven heb je verschillende rollen. Bijvoorbeeld in het bedrijfsleven, het persoonlijke leven, sport, een band, enz. Elke rol vraagt om een andere aanpak. Je past je enigszins aan de situatie aan. Hoe goed je dat doet, maakt het verschil in de wereld. We maken een lijst van rollen die je hebt en bepalen hoe je die maximaal wilt uitvoeren. Hoe kun je de beste partner zijn? Een broer, een zus? Een collega? Een baas?


INNER DIALOGUE Dit is de dag waarop je niet naar bed gaat. Het idee om vandaag niet te gaan slapen kan angst, nervositeit of opwinding bij je veroorzaken. Hoe je met jezelf praat, kan onthullen hoe je het leven ervaart. Als je bewust wordt van je interne dialoog en leert onderhandelen met je innerlijke criticus, kan dit je vaardigheden verbeteren en je helpen de nacht door te komen.

You will find out how to keep your head cool and revert to a positive attitude even in some fatigue. You stay conscious of what happens & keep yourself on the straighten path. How much is possible with less than ideal rest?


REST AND RECHARGE This is the day to see how fast you can recover after a physical and mental challenge. We will hand you tools & make a plan on how to recover quickly.

In daily life you have different roles. For example in business, personal life, sports, a band, etc. A different role requires a different approach. You slightly adjust to the situation. How well you do that makes all the difference in the world.

We list roles you have and define how you want to carry it out to the max. How can you be the best partner? A brother, a sister? A colleague? A Boss?

This is the day where you don’t go to bed. This will make you somewhat anxious, nervous or excited. How you talk to yourself paints the way you experience life. 

Noticing the self-talk and negotiating with the monkey inside makes you more capable. It will help you through the night.
